Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fredric Granqvist took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alf Lindberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th minute, Alf Lindberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kosta RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Mats Andersson made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lillsättra Kickers's Henning Svanér. After 10 played minutes Kosta RK got a freekick which was hit by Sixten Hake. After 14 played minutes Lillsättra Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Henning Svanér. Kosta RK's Björn Edström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Granqvist in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match Joseph Benett shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Björn Edström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Lillsättra Kickers defense, Alf Lindberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tobias Lövgren. The Lillsättra Kickers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobias Lövgren should have stopped the shot. 25 minutes into the match, Fredric Granqvist notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Kosta RK's Björn Edström. Björn Edström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Björn Edström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredric Granqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Karl-Åke Ivarsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kosta RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lillsättra Kickers the free kick. After 32 played minutes Kosta RK got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Åke Ivarsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Gerdberg in the 36th minute of play forced Lillsättra Kickers's goalkeeper Tobias Lövgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kosta RK's Björn Edström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Granqvist in the 38th minute of play. Fredric Granqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lukas Gerdberg made a kick off. Kosta RK's Björn Edström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Kosta RK from getting a goal against them. Edward Wahlström struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Björn Edström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lillsättra Kickers. Thomas Lidman kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredric Granqvist got free with Björn Edström in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Fredric Granqvist, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 72 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Björn Edström was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 74 minutes into the game, Lillsättra Kickers's Fredric Granqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Björn Edström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Tobias Lövgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukas Gerdberg in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Sixten Hake had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tobias Lövgren. Lillsättra Kickers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sixten Hake was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. With a little luck, Kosta RK's Björn Edström got control of the ball when Edward Wahlström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karl-Åke Ivarsson got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Alf Lindberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kosta RK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lillsättra Kickers for a fine match.
