Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Sandström was the one to do the kick off. Alf Lindberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandarna BK's Alexander Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Lindberg in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Alf Lindberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Karlsson. Sandarna BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alf Lindberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Inge Jönsätt got free with Björn Edström in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inge Jönsätt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Björn Edström made a huge save. Alf Lindberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Alexander Karlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Sandström might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Björn Edström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Sandström ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Alf Lindberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kosta RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Lindberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Karlsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute, Lukas Gerdberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Karlsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When Lukas Gerdberg came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Kosta RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lukas Gerdberg couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lukas Gerdberg in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Karlsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute Lukas Gerdberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Björn Edström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inge Jönsätt in the 91st minute. Lukas Gerdberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Karlsson having to interfere. In the 95th minute Lukas Gerdberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Kosta RK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
