The supporters of Sandarna BK booed when Nyhamnsläge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calle Örtendal didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Nyhamnsläge's Folke Asklöv got control of the ball when Inge Jönsätt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Nyhamnsläge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Gummeson to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Falkrans in the 20th minute of play forced Sandarna BK's goalkeeper Alexander Karlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nyhamnsläge's Folke Asklöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Sandström in the 24th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play Nyhamnsläge's Rune Gummeson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Rune Gummeson hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Nyhamnsläge's Folke Asklöv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Nyhamnsläge from getting a goal against them. Frans Sikström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peter Falkrans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Karlsson having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nyhamnsläge's zone, Fabian Sandström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Folke Asklöv came out of the goal and Fabian Sandström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sören Elg kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Folke Asklöv made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inge Jönsätt in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the game, Calle Örtendal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nyhamnsläge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sandarna BK the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Calle Örtendal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inge Jönsätt was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Frans Sikström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frans Sikström to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Fabian Sandström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sandarna BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Sandström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute, Inge Jönsätt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sandarna BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to Sandarna BK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Maximilian Lang hit a great ball. Frans Sikström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67thth minute of the game Inge Jönsätt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nyhamnsläge's Folke Asklöv was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Frans Sikström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Karlsson was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Nyhamnsläge's Folke Asklöv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inge Jönsätt in the 73rd minute of play. Frans Sikström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Axel Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Inge Jönsätt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute, Joakim Andersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Alexander Karlsson managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Nyhamnsläge's Frans Sikström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
