Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lars Hermansson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 9thth minute of the game Reine Berg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Säve's Lars Hermansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Viggo Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Stabbe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reine Berg in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars Hermansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, Torhamn's goal looked a bit too open when Otto Stabbe came free, but Viggo Sundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars Hermansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the game, Jonas Törnkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reine Berg made a kick off. Torhamn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Säve the free kick. If Reine Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Åberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lars Hermansson. Säve's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Reine Berg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Lars Hermansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute, one of Torhamn:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Torhamn. Otto Stabbe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Säve's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jonas Törnkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
