Spectators: 7258 (Terracing: 5445, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Martin Carlsson started the match with the kick off. Oliver Pilberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Säve's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Carlsson came free, but Lars Hermansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Martin Carlsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lars Hermansson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonas Törnkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Carlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Lars Hermansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Liverpool FC's Oliver Pilberg in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Säve's goalie prevented a goal. If Martin Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Säve's Jonas Törnkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Otto Stabbe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Samuel Haeger made a huge save. Otto Stabbe struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Samuel Haeger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Säve. Petter Fristedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute, Otto Stabbe made a precise shot to the right of Samuel Haeger. Liverpool FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Samuel Haeger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Törnkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Jonas Törnkvist made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Jonas Törnkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Liverpool FC's Samuel Haeger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Stabbe in the 58th minute of play. Otto Stabbe might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Haeger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Otto Stabbe ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 72nd minute of the match, Oliver Pilberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lars Hermansson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Otto Stabbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Säve's Otto Stabbe in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liverpool FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Liverpool FC's Anders Widberg got a free kick in the 77th minute. Oliver Pilberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Lars Hermansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Törnkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Samuel Haeger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Törnkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Haeger having to interfere. When Osvald Klint came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Säve fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvald Klint couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Säve fully deserved thier win.
