Boris Widberg hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uno Linberg in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Mellbad saved Sam and Dean from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Georg Blomquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urbani IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Blomquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Mellbad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Uno Linberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oscar Mellbad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uno Linberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Urbani IF booed when Sam and Dean was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peder Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Urbani IF's Uno Linberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. When Uno Linberg fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Urbani IF's protests and gave Uno Linberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Urbani IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uno Linberg to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uno Linberg in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Mellbad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Oscar Mellbad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Blomquist in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Uno Linberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Mellbad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åke Viberg kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Gustav Dahlkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eskil Törnqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uno Linberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Uno Linberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Blomquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Oscar Mellbad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sam and Dean's Thor Jonsson got a free kick in the 67th minute. Uno Linberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Georg Blomquist scored 4-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Mellbad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Georg Blomquist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oscar Mellbad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Oscar Mellbad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uno Linberg in the 91st minute of play. If Georg Blomquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sam and Dean's zone, Uno Linberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Mellbad came out of the goal and Uno Linberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Sam and Dean getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Richard Hellbom hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Urbani IF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
