Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Greger Bergström to make the kick off. After having played for 71 minutes, Nils-Emil Levander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Internazionale Milano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Emil Levander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, FC Internazionale Milano's Holger Stephansson got control of the ball when Kent Ennegren tried to sneak it across the goal line.
