An unexpectedly hard shot by Villiam Ek in the 9th minute of play forced Finja FF's goalkeeper Ian Mossberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Jon Nyman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Backstabbers United's supporters rose to their feet, but Jon Nyman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ian Mossberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Harry Kane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Mathias Dahlquist made a huge save. Evert Blomqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Villiam Ek came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Backstabbers United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Villiam Ek couldn't finish the play. After 22 minutes of play, Finja FF's Harry Kane made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathias Dahlquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute of the match Finja FF got a corner. Backstabbers United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Larsfält ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Finja FF's Robert Larsfält to fire away a dangerous shot which Mathias Dahlquist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Harry Kane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th match minute, Backstabbers United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Lundqvist to maneuver through the defense. Ian Mossberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Bruse, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Villiam Ek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Mossberg having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Villiam Ek to make the kick off. When Evert Blomqvist came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Finja FF fans jumped to their feet. Ian Mossberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Villiam Ek in the 60th minute of the match. Mathias Dahlquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Kane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th match minute, Backstabbers United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Bruse to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Finja FF's Evert Blomqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mathias Dahlquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Finja FF's Ian Mossberg got control of the ball when Jon Nyman tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Jon Nyman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Finja FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
