Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Maximilian Svensson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rikard Östlund got free with Ove Nyman in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 7 minutes, Sonny Bergvall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Koppom IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sonny Bergvall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Maximilian Svensson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Hakkas IF's Sven-Åke Nyman. Sven-Åke Nyman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rikard Östlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th match minute, Hakkas IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rikard Östlund to maneuver through the defense. Maximilian Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Åke Nyman having to interfere. Sonny Bergvall struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Sven-Åke Nyman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Koppom IK. If Maximilian Svensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the game, Georg Fogel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hakkas IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Koppom IK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Hakkas IF's Georg Fogel got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 29th minute, Koppom IK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Peter Unesson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hakkas IF's Sven-Åke Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximilian Svensson in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Andreas Abrahamsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 played minutes Hakkas IF got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Åke Nordlander. Peter Unesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute Rikard Östlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rikard Östlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Nyman having to interfere. If Rikard Östlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the game, Peter Unesson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ove Nyman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ove Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Unesson in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Hakkas IF's goalkeeper Sven-Åke Nyman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sonny Bergvall. Sonny Bergvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Sven-Åke Nyman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ove Nyman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikard Östlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 89th minute, Rikard Östlund made a precise shot to the right of Ove Nyman. Koppom IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Sven-Åke Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Svensson in the 92nd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Torbjörn Hedvall ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ove Nyman was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hakkas IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Koppom IK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
