In the 10th minute, Thor Arenberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ture Levander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Markusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 15th minute, Hans Klack got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, FK Nora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Erik Almqvist came free, but Jonny Simonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hans Klack got free with Jonny Simonsson in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rdth minute of the game Jan-Erik Almqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Nora FC's Jonny Simonsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of FK Nora FC booed when Åled was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulf Valström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Torsten Markusson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Åled's goal looked a bit too open when Henning Ahlroth came free, but Ture Levander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FK Nora FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jan Hedin hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Torsten Markusson made a precise shot to the right of Ture Levander. Åled's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 39th minute, Henning Ahlroth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Torsten Markusson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Nora FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Torsten Markusson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ture Levander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Åled defense, Henning Ahlroth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ture Levander. The Åled fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ture Levander should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torsten Markusson made a kick off. Jan-Erik Almqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jonny Simonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Erik Almqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonny Simonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Klack in the 68th minute of the match. Jan Hedin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Levander having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torsten Markusson in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ture Levander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ture Levander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henning Ahlroth in the 81st minute. The supporters of FK Nora FC booed when Åled was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils Falkrans didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Henning Ahlroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pontus Telin during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Åled booed when FK Nora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pontus Telin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Hans Klack ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonny Simonsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. If Torsten Markusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FK Nora FC played a much better game than Åled and deserved their victory. The Åled players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
