Smedjebacken RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ultras Kingsfield United the free kick. A collision led to Smedjebacken RK getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Stig-Ove Felin hit a great ball. If Stig-Ove Felin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Ultras Kingsfield United's goal looked a bit too open when Rikard Boman came free, but Kurt Bergvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Deckberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Lindholm having to interfere. In the 19th minute of the match Gunnar Lind shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henrik Lindholm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Smedjebacken RK's goalkeeper Henrik Lindholm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Deckberg. In the 25th minute, Rune Söderman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Henrik Lindholm. The goal made the score 1-0. Leo Deckberg struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Henrik Lindholm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ultras Kingsfield United. Kurt Bergvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rikard Boman in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Boman in the 36th minute of play forced Ultras Kingsfield United's goalkeeper Kurt Bergvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ultras Kingsfield United's Kurt Bergvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Ove Felin in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Jim Fransson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stig-Ove Felin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Bergvall having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leo Deckberg to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Ultras Kingsfield United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rune Söderman to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Stig-Ove Felin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kurt Bergvall. Ultras Kingsfield United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig-Ove Felin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Birger Lindberg kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Rikard Boman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kurt Bergvall came out and tried to block the shot, but Rikard Boman slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 63rd minute. Leo Deckberg took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrik Lindholm. Henrik Lindholm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Ultras Kingsfield United's Kurt Bergvall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Boman in the 83rd minute of play. Ultras Kingsfield United's Kurt Bergvall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Ultras Kingsfield United from getting a goal against them. Stig-Ove Felin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Kurt Bergvall made a huge save. If Rikard Boman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Deckberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Rune Söderman came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ultras Kingsfield United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rune Söderman couldn't finish the play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
