Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, one of Fröseke:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 7th minute there was a penalty for IF Elfsborg. Alf Smitt stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gilbert Ström. 0-1. In the 10th minute, Evert Nordstedt made a precise shot to the right of Måns Vollander. IF Elfsborg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Evert Nordstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Måns Vollander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, IF Elfsborg's Måns Vollander got control of the ball when Evert Nordstedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 22 minutes of play, Fröseke's Evert Nordstedt made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Måns Vollander was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the game, Evert Nordstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fröseke's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IF Elfsborg the free kick. In the 25th match minute, Fröseke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Nordstedt to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the game, Jonathan Vesterberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fröseke's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IF Elfsborg the free kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Måns Vollander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Vesterberg's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Jonathan Vesterberg put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Måns Vollander. Jonathan Vesterberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Måns Vollander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Martin Wassenius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in IF Elfsborg reached it. Eskil Busk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Fröseke's Evert Nordstedt got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Gilbert Ström was a little too slow when Samuel Forsberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 6-2. In the 78th minute, Alvar Lekberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evert Nordstedt scored 7-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Måns Vollander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
