Karl-Axel Bern's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Anders Falkrantz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Samuel Lingren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Westerberg in the 31st minute of the match. Aron Botvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Falkrantz having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Anders Hellsing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anders Falkrantz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fred Bremming. Karl-Axel Bern could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Anders Falkrantz made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anders Falkrantz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karl-Axel Bern's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anders Falkrantz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Karl-Axel Bern managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 93 played minutes Kjell-Arne Westerberg rounded Pennybridge Fc's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pennybridge Fc fully deserved thier win.
