A collision led to Långviksmon getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Mikael Tunander hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reine Enegren in the 24th minute of play forced Sandarne's goalkeeper Inge Lagerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th match minute, Sandarne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Henriksson to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Långviksmon getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Lars Stolpe hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match Isaac Vesterberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vilgot Blixt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vilgot Blixt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Erik Grubb in the 36th minute of the match. Inge Lagerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reine Enegren in the 38th minute of play. Olof Billing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Vilgot Blixt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Sven-Erik Grubb got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven-Erik Grubb scored 0-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vilgot Blixt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reine Enegren to make the kick off. Folke Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Lagerberg having to interfere. Inge Lagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reine Enegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 81st minute of the match, Olof Billing got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vilgot Blixt was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 83rd minute, David Klint hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Långviksmon's Lars Stolpe got a free kick in the 85th minute. Vilgot Blixt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olof Billing in the 88th minute. A hard shot 91 in the game by Olof Billing from a close distance when the talented Vilgot Blixt managed to make a qualified save. Långviksmon's players were relieved. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Långviksmon's goalkeeper Vilgot Blixt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Sandarne could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Långviksmon throughout the match.
