Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Simon Dahlberg started the match with the kick off. In the 6th match minute, Jönköpings Södra IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Bergström to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Friends FK's goal looked a bit too open when Edvard Rudberg came free, but Måns Britz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Rudberg in the 15th minute of play forced Friends FK's goalkeeper Måns Britz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Måns Britz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Dahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Torsten Bergström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Måns Britz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25thth minute of the game Simon Dahlberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Friends FK's Måns Britz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute, Simon Dahlberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Simon Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 32 minutes, Edvard Rudberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jönköpings Södra IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvard Rudberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kevin Kjellqvist during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 36 played minutes Jönköpings Södra IF got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Kjellqvist. If Edvard Rudberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Dahlberg in the 56th minute of play forced Friends FK's goalkeeper Måns Britz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yngve Boman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Nordkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Hampus Felin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yngve Boman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to Friends FK getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Michael Nordkvist hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Friends FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edvard Rudberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 76th minute Simon Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Måns Britz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kasper Sandwall in the 79th minute of play forced Jönköpings Södra IF's goalkeeper Yngve Boman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Friends FK booed when Jönköpings Södra IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tor Olofsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87thth minute of the game Simon Dahlberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Friends FK's Måns Britz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Friends FK's goalkeeper Måns Britz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Friends FK's Måns Britz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Dahlberg in the 91st minute of play. Edvard Rudberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Britz having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Jönköpings Södra IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tor Olofsson to maneuver through the defense. Hampus Felin struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Yngve Boman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Friends FK. If Simon Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
