Victor Heggert was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Erik Qvarnström. When Mårten Strömberg came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Old Fat Bastards fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mårten Strömberg couldn't finish the play. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 85th minute, when Old Fat Bastards's Claes Gallin after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Karl-Magnus Hedlund in Busplay's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. After taking down the ball on Old Fat Bastards's corner Claes Gallin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karl-Magnus Hedlund quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Old Fat Bastards booed when Busplay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Åke Lustig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nils-Emil Ferm hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
