Joel Snäll came out of the goal and Rasmus Hellkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Vallmark hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Svedala RK's Jens-Erik Vikström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marc Lilja. Marc Lilja yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Kurt Vennerström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Snäll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Lundkvist in the 19th minute of the match. Rasmus Hellkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marc Lilja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Erik Vikström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mölnbo BK's Jonathan Malmberg got a free kick in the 27th minute. Mölnbo BK's Marc Lilja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Tunberg in the 28th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Mölnbo BK got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Tinglöv. Rasmus Hellkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Rasmus Hellkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mölnbo BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rasmus Hellkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Svedala RK's Joel Snäll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Lundkvist in the 39th minute of play. Johannes Lundkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Joel Snäll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Svedala RK's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Lundkvist came free, but Joel Snäll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute Johannes Lundkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Snäll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Kurt Vennerström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When André Vallmark fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mölnbo BK's protests and gave André Vallmark a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mölnbo BK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rasmus Hellkvist got free with Joel Snäll in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rasmus Hellkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Snäll having to interfere. When Rasmus Hellkvist came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Mölnbo BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rasmus Hellkvist couldn't finish the play. Joel Snäll was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Johannes Lundkvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 93 minute of play. The Mölnbo BK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mölnbo BK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
