Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Norrfors's Torbjörn Hallgren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eric Gustavsson took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ingvar Andersson. Ingvar Andersson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 7th minute, Eric Gustavsson made a precise shot to the right of Ingvar Andersson. Norrfors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Leif Ekman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Torbjörn Hallgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leif Ekman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lars-Erik Söderberg's late challenge caught a Norrfors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lars-Erik Söderberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Norrfors booed when Washtub Wetfields SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars-Erik Söderberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Gustavsson in the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Hallgren lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Björn Apelquist. Sebastian Källberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ingvar Andersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Norrfors got a freekick which was hit by Harry Åkerberg.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eric Gustavsson was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Harry Åkerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Norrfors's supporters rose to their feet, but Harry Åkerberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Björn Apelquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the match, Washtub Wetfields SC's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Hallgren came free, but Björn Apelquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Olle Ekerot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norrfors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Washtub Wetfields SC the free kick. A collision led to Norrfors getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Olle Ekerot hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Washtub Wetfields SC's zone, Leif Ekman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Björn Apelquist came out of the goal and Leif Ekman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leif Ekman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Apelquist having to interfere. In the 70thth minute of the game Torbjörn Hallgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Washtub Wetfields SC's Björn Apelquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Björn Apelquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Hallgren in the 72nd minute of play. Ingvar Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Gustavsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Källberg struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Ingvar Andersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Washtub Wetfields SC. Sebastian Källberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Ingvar Andersson made a huge save. 81 minutes into the match, Norrfors's goalkeeper Ingvar Andersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Källberg. Torbjörn Hallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Björn Apelquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjörn Hallgren in the 86th minute of the match. Leif Ekman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norrfors's Leif Ekman got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute Leif Ekman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Apelquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Washtub Wetfields SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Ivarsson to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Torbjörn Hallgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Norrfors's supporters rose to their feet, but Torbjörn Hallgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Björn Apelquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Despite being the better team, Norrfors failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
