Björn Apelquist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casper Lindqvist went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casper Lindqvist in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Björn Apelquist saved Washtub Wetfields SC from getting behind. Johannes Runberg's late challenge caught a FK Korsband's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johannes Runberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, one of Washtub Wetfields SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Washtub Wetfields SC. In the 31st minute Casper Lindqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Apelquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 33 in the game by Leo Bergendahl from a close distance when the talented Björn Apelquist managed to make a qualified save. Washtub Wetfields SC's players were relieved. Björn Apelquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Lindqvist in the 36th minute of the match. Jimmy Pihlwall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Björn Apelquist made a huge save. In the 40th minute, FK Korsband's Casper Lindqvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. In the 46th minute, Viktor Ivarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Casper Lindqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Korsband's supporters rose to their feet, but Casper Lindqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Björn Apelquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Casper Lindqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 62ndth minute of the game Eric Gustavsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Korsband's Fredrik Håkansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the match, FK Korsband's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Gustavsson came free, but Fredrik Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimmy Pihlwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Björn Apelquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimmy Pihlwall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Apelquist having to interfere. In the 78th minute Casper Lindqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Apelquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FK Korsband's Casper Lindqvist in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Washtub Wetfields SC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Pihlwall in the 86th minute of play forced Washtub Wetfields SC's goalkeeper Björn Apelquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Bergendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Björn Apelquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Lindqvist in the 91st minute of play forced Washtub Wetfields SC's goalkeeper Björn Apelquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Apelquist came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by FK Korsband's Jimmy Pihlwall. But to his dismay, Jimmy Pihlwall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Washtub Wetfields SC's Björn Apelquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Lindqvist in the 98th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FK Korsband had played much better football throughout.
