Pelle Gråberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Brian Lundgren. Östersunds Förenade FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alexander Nordström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Brian Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig Åkesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Karl-Johan Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Åke Anselius, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Stig Åkesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Brian Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brian Lundgren didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Klimpfjäll's Alexander Nordström shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After 41 played minutes Klimpfjäll got a freekick which was hit by Kalle Bratt. After a defensive mix-up in Klimpfjäll's zone, Sven-Åke Anselius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Johan Gummeson came out of the goal and Sven-Åke Anselius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Verner Strömberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 minutes, Pelle Gråberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Klimpfjäll and the Östersunds Förenade FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Klimpfjäll fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven-Åke Anselius to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Klimpfjäll's Alexander Nordström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brian Lundgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Holmgren during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes Östersunds Förenade FK got a freekick which was hit by Dan Holmgren. Brian Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Åkesson in the 66th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Alexander Nordström notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Östersunds Förenade FK's Brian Lundgren. Brian Lundgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the match, Alexander Nordström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brian Lundgren. Östersunds Förenade FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexander Nordström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 85th minute of the match Rune Söderström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl-Johan Gummeson skillfully saved the ball. Karl-Johan Gummeson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Åke Anselius in the 86th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Klimpfjäll's Alexander Nordström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brian Lundgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 97 minutes into the match, Östersunds Förenade FK's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Nordström came free, but Brian Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Klimpfjäll walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
