Orvar Sjöström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Damm having to interfere. A hard shot by Freddie Ström from long distance, 23 minutes into the match, got Casper Qvarnström's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ivan Bern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Casper Qvarnström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Orvar Sjöström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Knut Damm. FK Jedinstvo Vrbanja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orvar Sjöström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Linus Mårtensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Knut Damm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orvar Sjöström in the 46th minute of the match. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Linus Mårtensson was the one to do the kick off. Linus Mårtensson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Knut Damm having to make a save. When Mats Dalström fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frövi's protests and gave Mats Dalström a yellow card for diving instead. Jan-Åke Bengtsson walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Tom Persson hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Ivan Bern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The FK Jedinstvo Vrbanja fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when FK Jedinstvo Vrbanja's Orvar Wik looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Orvar Wik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Orvar Sjöström came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Frövi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orvar Sjöström couldn't finish the play. Orvar Sjöström struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Knut Damm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frövi. The Frövi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
