Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Akodessewa V.F.C's Bengt Hagström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A hard shot 2 in the game by Ian Överman from a close distance when the talented Håkan Blomberg managed to make a qualified save. Akodessewa V.F.C's players were relieved. In the 5th minute Ted Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Blomberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Håkan Blomberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Ahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Akodessewa V.F.C's Håkan Blomberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Akodessewa V.F.C from getting a goal against them. 17 minutes into the game, Edgar Ahlberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Håkan Blomberg. Edgar Ahlberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 21st match minute, Akodessewa V.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Blomkvist to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Akodessewa V.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Söderqvist came free, but Håkan Blomberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ian Överman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Håkan Blomberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Ted Söderqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mullsjö fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Christer Björck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Håkan Blomberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ian Överman in the 34th minute. When Akodessewa V.F.C's Bengt Hagström in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mullsjö's goalie prevented a goal. Christer Björck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ian Överman took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Håkan Blomberg. Håkan Blomberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Bengt Hagström might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Östen Deckbergh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bengt Hagström ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgar Ahlberg made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Mullsjö's Edgar Ahlberg made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Håkan Blomberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56th minute, Gösta Telin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mullsjö's Östen Deckbergh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt Hagström in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute Ted Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Blomberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Conny Apelqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Håkan Blomberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Håkan Blomberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conny Apelqvist in the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Akodessewa V.F.C's Bengt Hagström got a free kick in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Ted Söderqvist notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Akodessewa V.F.C's Håkan Blomberg. Håkan Blomberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Håkan Blomberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Ahlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 77 minutes, Bengt Hagström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akodessewa V.F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bengt Hagström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Akodessewa V.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Överman came free, but Håkan Blomberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Akodessewa V.F.C's Håkan Blomberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Ahlberg in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of Mullsjö booed when Akodessewa V.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knut Fredriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klas Arenius was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 87 minutes into the match. Håkan Blomberg went to the wrong direction when Ian Busk was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 92nd minute, Ian Överman made a precise shot to the right of Håkan Blomberg. Akodessewa V.F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 96th minute Lucas Nyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Östen Deckbergh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mullsjö walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
