Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Patrik Blomquist took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Johannes Kvick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sivert Alfors recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Johannes Kvick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute Johannes Kvick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvar Vall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes, Jonny Melberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Smygehamn FF and the AIK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AIK booed when Smygehamn FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonny Melberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elliot Eriksson made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Verner Ström sent off a good shot on target. Patrik Blomquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Eriksson having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, Smygehamn FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonny Melberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute of the match Per Söderberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvar Vall skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Smygehamn FF's Paul Åman got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Kvick made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jonny Melberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johannes Kvick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Ström came free, but Elliot Eriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Patrik Blomquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Eriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Verner Ström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Smygehamn FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Verner Ström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elliot Eriksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute, Aleksander Falck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, AIK's Johannes Kvick sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvar Vall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sivert Alfors kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 77thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Smygehamn FF's keeper Alvar Vall was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. When %teams%'s Johannes Kvick was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-2 just inside the left pole, 79 minutes into the game. Alvar Vall was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Alvar Vall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Kvick in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristoffer Dalman got free with Alvar Vall in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 90 played minutes Johannes Kvick rounded Smygehamn FF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. When Verner Ström came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Smygehamn FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Verner Ström couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. AIK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
