After a defensive mix-up in Tåbira IK's zone, Ola Galle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Markus Björklund came out of the goal and Ola Galle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 10 played minutes Rydsgård RK got a freekick which was hit by Claes Sundström. In the 12th play minute Magnus Malmberg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fredric Dahlberg. 1-0. Tåbira IK's Markus Björklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Galle in the 17th minute of play. Markus Björklund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ola Galle's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Magnus Malmberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredric Dahlberg having to interfere. Markus Björklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Galle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Börge Hybbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Björklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Åberg hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Fredric Dahlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Bruse in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ola Galle in the 38th minute of play forced Tåbira IK's goalkeeper Markus Björklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tåbira IK's Markus Björklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Hybbert in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Ola Galle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ola Galle was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Rydsgård RK's Ola Galle slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Markus Björklund. That made the score 1-1 after 53 minutes of play. Fredric Dahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Bruse, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. A hard shot 60 in the game by Börge Hybbert from a close distance when the talented Markus Björklund managed to make a qualified save. Tåbira IK's players were relieved. 64 minutes into the match, Roy Bruse notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Rydsgård RK's Fredric Dahlberg. Fredric Dahlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Markus Björklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Galle in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Rydsgård RK booed when Tåbira IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Lövkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Per-Arne Kleen from long distance, 72 minutes into the match, got Markus Björklund's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Rydsgård RK's Fredric Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Malmberg in the 75th minute of play. Börge Hybbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Markus Björklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Markus Björklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ola Galle, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. With a little luck, Tåbira IK's Markus Björklund got control of the ball when Börge Hybbert tried to sneak it across the goal line.
