The FC Future fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albin Bäckman should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Ekström in the 15th minute of play forced FC Future's goalkeeper Albin Bäckman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Tony Bokelund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mörrum BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Bokelund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albin Bäckman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Future's Albin Bäckman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Bokelund in the 19th minute of play. Samuel Eriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klas Danielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Klas Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leif Ekström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Fredrik Gerdberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mörrum BK's Samuel Eriksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Mörrum BK from getting a goal against them.

Leif Ekström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Bäckman having to interfere. After 56 minutes, Tony Bokelund made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Future's Albin Bäckman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the game, Mörrum BK's Tony Bokelund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albin Bäckman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for FC Future. Leif Ekström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Albin Bäckman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mörrum BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
