A beautiful save bye Bergby IFK's goalie prevented a goal. Marko Lövkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marko Lövkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Andréas Bäckman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Erling Levander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castillo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erling Levander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesper Örtendahl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bergby IFK's Jesper Örtendahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erling Levander in the 24th minute of play. Andréas Bäckman kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erling Levander in the 28th minute of play forced Bergby IFK's goalkeeper Jesper Örtendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30thth minute of the game Erling Levander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bergby IFK's Jesper Örtendahl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Boris Kjellqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Forssberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Holmgren having to interfere. Niclas Holmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Forssberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Forssberg in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niclas Holmgren saved Castillo FC from getting behind. Jesper Örtendahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erling Levander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sivert Billing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jesper Örtendahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Oscar Forssberg made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Sivert Billing ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesper Örtendahl was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 55th minute, Viggo Dahlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56thth minute of the game Oscar Forssberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Castillo FC's Niclas Holmgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Per-Oskar Helström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bergby IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castillo FC the free kick. Per-Oskar Helström hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Erling Levander took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Jesper Örtendahl to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Castillo FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
