Spectators: 7298 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Patric Månsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Newtons Andra Lag's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Douglas Westerberg was slow to take the kick. During this time ifö bromölla's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Douglas Westerberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Walter Sjöberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mårten Söderqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Walter Sjöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Walter Sjöberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Lindström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Villiam Söderqwist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10thth minute of the game Ola Lindström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newtons Andra Lag's Walter Sjöberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Börje Kämpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Kinnman having to interfere. Mårten Söderqvist scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walter Sjöberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Walter Sjöberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mårten Söderqvist in the 23rd minute of play. Walter Sjöberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mårten Söderqvist went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Walter Sjöberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mårten Söderqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mårten Söderqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Newtons Andra Lag's Walter Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Lindström in the 34th minute of play. Mårten Söderqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Newtons Andra Lag defense, Ola Lindström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walter Sjöberg. The Newtons Andra Lag fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walter Sjöberg should have stopped the shot. In the 47thth minute of the game Mårten Söderqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Newtons Andra Lag's Walter Sjöberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Ola Lindström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 53 minutes into the match, Ola Lindström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walter Sjöberg. Newtons Andra Lag's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ola Lindström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Ola Lindström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Newtons Andra Lag getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jonathan Hjälm hit a great ball. Ola Lindström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Walter Sjöberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Ola Lindström slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 58th minute. Mårten Söderqvist took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walter Sjöberg. Walter Sjöberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. After a defensive mix-up in Newtons Andra Lag's zone, Ola Lindström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walter Sjöberg came out of the goal and Ola Lindström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Hjälm hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Ola Lindström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 72nd minute, Mårten Söderqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ola Lindström came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the ifö bromölla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ola Lindström couldn't finish the play. Walter Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mårten Söderqvist in the 80th minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, Newtons Andra Lag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Wallin to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Mårten Söderqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walter Sjöberg was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Jonathan Hjälm's late challenge caught a ifö bromölla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Hjälm helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Newtons Andra Lag getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Jonathan Hjälm hit a great ball. Walter Sjöberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ola Lindström in the 87th minute. Walter Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mårten Söderqvist in the 89th minute of the match. During the 93rd minute of the match Jonathan Hjälm completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jonathan Hjälm a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 94 played minutes Newtons Andra Lag got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Hjälm. In the 97th minute, Leonardo Wallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Douglas Westerberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. ifö bromölla played a much better game than Newtons Andra Lag and deserved their victory. The Newtons Andra Lag players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
