Spectators: 6674 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kristian Ekblom took the kick off in the first half of the match. Kristian Ekblom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sture Alebeck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After some careless play in the Bromma Gladiators defense, Bertil Berg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sture Alebeck. The Bromma Gladiators fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sture Alebeck should have stopped the shot. Eric Kjellqvist's late challenge caught a Landvetter FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eric Kjellqvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Eric Kjellqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sture Alebeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristian Ekblom, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to Landvetter FK getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Karl-Johan Vallin hit a great ball. Landvetter FK's Björn Lidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by August Karlsson in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Landvetter FK's Orvar Hedling got a free kick in the 25th minute. Kristian Ekblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Esbjörnsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Björn Lidman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Landvetter FK's Orvar Hedling got a free kick in the 34th minute. Bromma Gladiators's August Karlsson got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by August Karlsson in the 41st minute of play forced Landvetter FK's goalkeeper Björn Lidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Landvetter FK's goalkeeper Björn Lidman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tobias Esbjörnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Björn Lidman having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sakarias Berggren during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bromma Gladiators booed when Landvetter FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sakarias Berggren didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Ernst Markusson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Björn Lidman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Esbjörnsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Björn Lidman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Esbjörnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Sture Alebeck came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Landvetter FK's Sakarias Berggren. But to his dismay, Sakarias Berggren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Landvetter FK's zone, August Karlsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Björn Lidman came out of the goal and August Karlsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sakarias Berggren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Björn Lidman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Esbjörnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Landvetter FK getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Karl-Johan Vallin hit a great ball. If Bertil Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Kristian Ekblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Landvetter FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
