Eskil Lange showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Bo Lilja struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Tomas Wiberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Göteborg. Hugo Fastesson kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The IFK Göteborg fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when IFK Göteborg's Algot Rang looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
