Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pål Wiklund took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Torslanda booed when Hammenhög was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Wållander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pål Wiklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivar Duset hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Gustaf Hägert kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Carl Ström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ove Söderlund having to interfere. Jens-Ove Söderlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Åström in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Hugo Melberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Torslanda's Herman Stenström in action when he in the 46th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Holger Åström to make the kick off. Pål Wiklund struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Herman Wallin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torslanda. Hammenhög's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Pål Wiklund scored to the left of an out of position Herman Wallin, making the score, 1-1. Allan Forsss short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Herman Wallin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Allan Forss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Hammenhög's goal looked a bit too open when Pål Wiklund came free, but Herman Wallin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 69 minutes, Carl Ström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hammenhög's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carl Ström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Svante Karlberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torslanda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hammenhög the free kick. After a rather tough play, Torslanda's Svante Karlberg got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute of the match Karl-Axel Vacker sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens-Ove Söderlund skillfully saved the ball. After 82 played minutes Torslanda got a freekick which was hit by Timmy Liljeström. Viktor Klack received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Herman Wallin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Hammenhög defense, Herman Stenström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herman Wallin. The Hammenhög fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herman Wallin should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Torslanda eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
