Hedemora's Peter Lund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Isaksson in the 3rd minute of play. Peter Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Isaksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute Agne Eskilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Östen Eriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Roy Skålberg fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ThreeBeersDeep's protests and gave Roy Skålberg a yellow card for diving instead. Hedemora's Hans Lindholm couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ThreeBeersDeep. 18 minutes into the match, Jens Ekegren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Östen Eriksson. ThreeBeersDeep's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens Ekegren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Östen Eriksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Offendahl in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes of play ThreeBeersDeep's Roy Skålberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 35th match minute, ThreeBeersDeep was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Skålberg to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Hedemora's Agne Eskilsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Östen Eriksson. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. Jens Ekegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ThreeBeersDeep's Knut Sjögren got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hedemora's goalkeeper Peter Lund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute Agne Eskilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Östen Eriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 played minutes, Hedemora's Hans Lindholm shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Östen Eriksson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hedemora reached it. After a rather tough play, ThreeBeersDeep's Alexander Stigsson got a free kick in the 64th minute. After 68 played minutes, Hedemora's Folke Odin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Östen Eriksson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hedemora reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens Ekegren in the 70th minute of play forced ThreeBeersDeep's goalkeeper Östen Eriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Knut Sjögren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Peter Lund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, ThreeBeersDeep's Torsten Isaksson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peter Lund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hedemora's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
