The audience thought a goal was coming when Oskar Back got free with Peter Lund in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 7th minute by Arman Lang got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ronny Hagström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Peter Lund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Hedesunda's Arman Lang in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hedemora's goalie prevented a goal. When Ronny Hagström came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Hedesunda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronny Hagström couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Hedemora getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Viktor Offendahl hit a great ball. In the 30th minute Arman Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Lund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronny Hagström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Peter Lund skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Sverker Holmstedt fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hedemora's protests and gave Sverker Holmstedt a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th match minute, Hedemora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Holmstedt to maneuver through the defense. Hedesunda's Ronny Hagström got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Niklas Biörlings short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Peter Lund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 45 minutes into the match, Hedemora's goalkeeper Peter Lund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronny Hagström. Jens Ekegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Torsberg having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronny Hagström made a kick off. If Ronny Hagström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niklas Biörling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Ronny Hagström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Leif Alberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niklas Biörling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Lund having to interfere. Ronny Hagström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Peter Lund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronny Hagström struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Peter Lund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hedesunda. If Ronny Hagström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hedemora's Peter Lund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Hagström in the 87th minute of play. Ronny Hagström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard, long distance shot from Arman Lang flew over the goal. In the 92nd minute Ronny Hagström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Lund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hedesunda were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
