An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrik Lundström in the 15th minute of play forced Klädesholmen's goalkeeper Nils Carlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the game, one of Klädesholmen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 23rd minute, Claes Jönsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Hagström was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Klädesholmen's Verner Trulsson suffered a sore thigh after 26 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kent Brun during the 26th minute. Stig Carlberg was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Klädesholmen's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Claes Jönsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kent Brun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Claes Jönsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Claes Jönsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jon Hagström having to make a save. 92 minutes into the match, Calle Linberg notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Juvemil FK's Jon Hagström. Jon Hagström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Klädesholmen's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
