Jon Hagström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sören Kjellqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulrik Lundström in the 31st minute of play forced Ljungby IK's goalkeeper Tobias Sander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ljungby IK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Pål Hägg hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Juvemil FK's Maximilian Andreasson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jon Hagström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Kjellqvist in the 37th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Sören Kjellqvist rounded Juvemil FK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sören Kjellqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jon Hagström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Kjellqvist in the 52nd minute of the match. Sören Kjellqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jon Hagström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Jon Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Bank in the 55th minute of play. When Ljungby IK's Torbjörn Bank in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A very good chance. Sören Kjellqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jon Hagström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ljungby IK's goalkeeper Tobias Sander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ulrik Lundström in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tobias Sander, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Per Hedman kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Torbjörn Bank recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Sören Kjellqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ljungby IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sören Kjellqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jon Hagström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jon Hagström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pål Hägg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
