The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mattias Wennerqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sikfors SK's zone, Andy Andreasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattias Wennerqvist came out of the goal and Andy Andreasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th match minute, Sikfors SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Westerstrand to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Kågeröd booed when Sikfors SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivar Westerstrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. 0-1 became the score in the 13th minute when Andy Andreasson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Karl-Erik Lindman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elliot Petersson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 21 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elliot Petersson during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 26 minutes into the game, Andy Andreasson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Mattias Wennerqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Sikfors SK's zone, Andy Andreasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattias Wennerqvist came out of the goal and Andy Andreasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Sikfors SK getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Urban Hellström hit a great ball. If Elias Jonasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Andy Andreasson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kågeröd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johannes Hök was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Kågeröd got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Hök. Elias Jonasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Karl-Erik Lindman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Sikfors SK got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Westerstrand. Andy Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Wennerqvist having to interfere. Elliot Petersson struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Karl-Erik Lindman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sikfors SK. In the 74th minute, Johannes Hök ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mattias Wennerqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. If Andy Andreasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 83 minutes, Wilhelm Deckberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kågeröd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilhelm Deckberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Urban Hellström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sikfors SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kågeröd the free kick. Urban Hellström hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Torsten Danielsson, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Pontus Lindgren hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
