Spectators: 7240 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 145) Afro Warriors's Krister Månsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Krister Månsson came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Afro Warriors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Krister Månsson couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Lysekil FF's Ove Kellberg got a free kick in the 6th minute. Lennart Törnblom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Gustav Persson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Afro Warriors's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustav Persson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ola Sandberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute, Lysekil FF's Nicklas Olofsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Torgny Tinglöv. Torgny Tinglöv yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ingemar Bure kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ola Sandberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krister Månsson in the 28th minute of the match. Ola Sandberg came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Afro Warriors's Krister Månsson. But to his dismay, Krister Månsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Nicklas Olofsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Torgny Tinglöv. That made the score 2-1 in the 38 minute of play. Lysekil FF's Ola Sandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustav Persson in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicklas Olofsson made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Gustav Persson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ingemar Bure fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lysekil FF's protests and gave Ingemar Bure a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lysekil FF's Ingemar Bure got a free kick in the 60th minute. Gustav Persson came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ola Sandberg could save by the left post. Gustav Persson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nicklas Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Afro Warriors getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Staffan Hellsing hit a great ball. Torgny Tinglöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicklas Olofsson in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Törnblom in the 71st minute of play forced Afro Warriors's goalkeeper Torgny Tinglöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torgny Tinglöv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicklas Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Afro Warriors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lysekil FF the free kick. The supporters of Lysekil FF booed when Afro Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ted Kellberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lennart Törnblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torgny Tinglöv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rickard Sjöman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustav Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ola Sandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivar Stenquist charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ivar Stenquist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, Afro Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Stenquist to maneuver through the defense. Lysekil FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
