Torgny Tinglöv came out of the goal and Niklas Alrot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the match, Ludvig Pihlgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torgny Tinglöv. Afro Warriors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ludvig Pihlgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A collision led to Hede getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Folke Jonsson hit a great ball. In the 19th minute of the match Rikard Wallmark sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harald Lundhberg skillfully saved the ball. Harald Lundhberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Krister Månsson went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Ivar Stenquist kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Afro Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Stenquist. Gustav Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kjell-Arne Hammarbäck kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After 35 minutes, Ted Kellberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Afro Warriors and the Hede players grew even worse after the yellow card. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Torgny Tinglöv successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Hede's zone, Gustav Persson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harald Lundhberg came out of the goal and Gustav Persson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Afro Warriors's Krister Månsson got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the game, Afro Warriors's Gustav Persson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Harald Lundhberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ludvig Pihlgren to strike the kick off in the second half. If Gustav Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torgny Tinglöv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludvig Pihlgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute.
