Gert Kellberg was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Sture Överman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sture Överman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Hjälteby IK's zone, Oliver Arvidsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustav Fogel came out of the goal and Oliver Arvidsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oliver Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Viktor Finnman's late challenge caught a Arvika's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viktor Finnman helped the player get up and apologised. Viktor Finnman hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Gerdberg in the 35th minute of play forced Arvika's goalkeeper Gert Kellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Börje Gerdberg made the kick off in the second half. When Sture Överman came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Hjälteby IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sture Överman couldn't finish the play. The Arvika fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gert Kellberg should have stopped the shot. Gert Kellberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 77th minute, Sture Överman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sture Överman scored 5-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gert Kellberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd minute, Jan-Olof Gallin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustav Fogel was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Börje Gerdberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Gert Kellberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sture Överman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Arvika's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Gerdberg came free, but Gert Kellberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Fogel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Oliver Arvidsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 96 minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Hjälteby IK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
