Lansjärv IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Norråker IF the free kick. The supporters of Norråker IF booed when Lansjärv IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Arenstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th match minute, Lansjärv IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Arenstedt to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frank Smedfeldt during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Bengt Johansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Norråker IF's goalkeeper Thomas Odin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Michael Albom. Lansjärv IFK's Bengt Johansson got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute Kurt Holm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Odin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kurt Holm was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Kurt Holm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thomas Odin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Kurt Holm came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Lansjärv IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kurt Holm couldn't finish the play. Thomas Odin came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Lansjärv IFK's Kurt Holm. But to his dismay, Kurt Holm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Kurt Holm charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kurt Holm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 played minutes Lansjärv IFK got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Holm. Torgny Edström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 played minutes Lansjärv IFK got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Michael Albom. Dennis Arenstedt got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 83 played minutes Lansjärv IFK got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Arenstedt. After having played for 89 minutes, Niclas Göransson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Norråker IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niclas Göransson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Norråker IF fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Norråker IF's Torgny Edström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 97 minutes into the match, Lansjärv IFK's Bengt Johansson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomas Odin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lansjärv IFK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
