But to his dismay, Eric Jonasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Holger Strandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils-Erik Brander, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Nils-Erik Brander sped through F.C Beckomberga 168's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Holger Strandberg. After having played for 23 minutes, Edwin Blomkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tierp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edwin Blomkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute Nils-Erik Brander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Strandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, F.C Beckomberga 168's Gustav Apelqvist got a free kick in the 25th minute. Tierp's Eric Jonasson got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 35 minutes, Max Arhenius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tierp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Max Arhenius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Svante Källberg to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, F.C Beckomberga 168's Holger Strandberg got control of the ball when Nils-Erik Brander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Holger Strandberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Erik Brander in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konrad Sandberg in the 56th minute of play forced F.C Beckomberga 168's goalkeeper Holger Strandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils-Erik Brander struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Holger Strandberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tierp. After a defensive mix-up in F.C Beckomberga 168's zone, Nils-Erik Brander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Holger Strandberg came out of the goal and Nils-Erik Brander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Konrad Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Strandberg having to interfere. Konrad Sandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Max Arhenius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Erik Brander in the 80th minute of play forced F.C Beckomberga 168's goalkeeper Holger Strandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
