After having played for 16 minutes, Konrad Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tierp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konrad Sandberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Max Arhenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tierp booed when YOOF United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Rydelius didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute of the match Tierp got a corner. YOOF United FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nils-Erik Brander ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Tierp's Nils-Erik Brander to fire away a dangerous shot which Tommy Rosén despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Per-Oskar Berggren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Erik Mickelsson went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Nils-Erik Brander in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tommy Rosén, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Max Arhenius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, YOOF United FC's goalkeeper Tommy Rosén had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Örjan Wennerquist. The Tierp players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. YOOF United FC were winning 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Erik Mickelsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Konrad Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Rosén having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils-Erik Brander in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Rosén saved YOOF United FC from getting behind. If Konrad Sandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute of the match, Arne Ahlfors got a very nice opportunity to score, but Per-Oskar Berggren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 62 minutes, Örjan Wennerquist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tierp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Örjan Wennerquist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tommy Rosén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 70th minute, Konrad Sandberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Joakim Asmundsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Max Arhenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Konrad Sandberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tierp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Tierp's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
