The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute Adam Unesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Björkqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Backyard Kickers's Adam Unesson got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henric Vennersten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Björkqvist having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Adam Unesson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nils Björkqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Henric Vennersten might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nils Björkqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henric Vennersten ran back to his position shaking his head. Nils Björkqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Unesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Adam Unesson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Backyard Kickers's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Unesson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils Björkqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Mölle getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Albert Hök hit a great ball. Nils Björkqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Vennersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Åke Kellberg in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils Björkqvist saved Mölle from getting behind. Mölle's Nils Björkqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Ove Löfgren in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Backyard Kickers's Stig-Åke Kellberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils Björkqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nils Björkqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Unesson in the 43rd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Adam Unesson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Nils Björkqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Mölle's Nils Björkqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Unesson in the 68th minute of play. Joacim Jakobsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anders Dahlberg having to interfere. Mölle's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Adam Unesson 74 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Nils Björkqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Unesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Adam Unesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Nils Björkqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Ove Löfgren struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Nils Björkqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Backyard Kickers. If Adam Unesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Backyard Kickers played a much better game than Mölle and deserved their victory. The Mölle players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
