Space Cows's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Lökovic the free kick. Kenny Hansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Egil Vassenius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Ove Matsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörgen Vedholm was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 25 minutes into the game, Albin Lövkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When Fritz Ekström came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the FC Lökovic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fritz Ekström couldn't finish the play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Douglas Kuse's late challenge caught a Space Cows's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Douglas Kuse helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 played minutes FC Lökovic got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Kuse. In the 85th minute, Fritz Ekström made a precise shot to the right of Egil Vassenius. Space Cows's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 89th minute of the match, Kenny Hansson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Egil Vassenius was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jörgen Vedholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Uggstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
