Allan Nyström hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carl Nyström during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alf Rosendahl came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Space Cows's Jens Uggstedt. But to his dismay, Jens Uggstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Per-Oskar Winström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egil Vassenius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Mats Arenberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egil Vassenius. Space Cows's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mats Arenberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Jens Uggstedt came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Space Cows fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens Uggstedt couldn't finish the play. When Ove Matsson came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Space Cows fans jumped to their feet. If Albin Lövkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Skåpafors FF's Carl Nyström got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Carl Nyström off the ground. Space Cows's Jens Uggstedt got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mats Arenberg to make the kick off. Egil Vassenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Arenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Allan Nyström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th match minute, Space Cows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markus Söderström to maneuver through the defense. Ove Matsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Samuelsson during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Skåpafors FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! In the 68th minute, Mats Arenberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skåpafors FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 70th minute, Per-Oskar Winström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Jens Uggstedt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 76 minutes into the match, Skåpafors FF's goal looked a bit too open when Jens Uggstedt came free, but Alf Rosendahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Space Cows's Egil Vassenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Oskar Winström in the 82nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jens Uggstedt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alf Rosendahl was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. When the match was over Space Cows could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Skåpafors FF throughout the match.
