Space Cows's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Stig Gerdberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niclas Alstedt couldn't finish the play. Space Cows's Egil Vassenius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Space Cows from getting a goal against them. If Niclas Alstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lönsboda BF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
