The referee ignored Torpedo Glejs FC's protests and gave Östen Nyström a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kvikkjokk booed when Torpedo Glejs FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Östen Nyström didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had been going on for 16 minutes, Kvikkjokk's Robin Jakobsson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Axel Åkerström. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Nordal in the 20th minute of play forced Torpedo Glejs FC's goalkeeper Axel Åkerström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Olof Tunander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thomas Svartengren was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Per-Arne Almkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Thomas Svartengren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Arne Almkvist went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 55th minute of the match Mathias Salqvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thomas Svartengren skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olof Tunander got free with Thomas Svartengren in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Per-Arne Almkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thomas Svartengren having to make a save. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kvikkjokk's goalkeeper Thomas Svartengren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 63 minutes, Henning Telin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kvikkjokk and the Torpedo Glejs FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th minute, Ola Arvidsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Mathias Salqvist in the 67th minute really tested Thomas Svartengren's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Kvikkjokk's Pontus Jansson got a free kick in the 68th minute. Axel Åkerström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Dalberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabian Carlsson during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fabian Carlsson hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Kaj Benet charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaj Benet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Torpedo Glejs FC's Kaj Benet got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Per-Arne Almkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Thomas Svartengren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kvikkjokk's Thomas Svartengren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Arne Almkvist in the 93rd minute of play. Olof Tunander who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Thomas Svartengren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Kvikkjokk were victorious despite being under pressure from Torpedo Glejs FC for much of the match.
