Spectators: 6769 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jim Aronsson made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calle Boklund in the 3rd minute of play forced Botsmark's goalkeeper Nils Haström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calle Boklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Haström having to interfere. Sonny Karlsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Botsmark's goal looked a bit too open when Calle Boklund came free, but Nils Haström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Haström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jim Aronsson in the 14th minute of the match. If Calle Boklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sponken FK's Jim Aronsson in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Botsmark's goalie prevented a goal. Sonny Karlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sponken FK's Kjell Grep proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Sponken FK from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Sponken FK's zone, Elliott Blanck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Grep came out of the goal and Elliott Blanck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Jim Aronsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sponken FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jim Aronsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jim Aronsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Haström having to interfere. After 47 minutes, Johan Jespersson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Botsmark and the Sponken FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Johan Jespersson kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Sonny Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sonny Karlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Kjell Grep tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sonny Karlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Grep having to interfere. Kjell Grep showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliott Blanck in the 62nd minute of the match. If Elliott Blanck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sponken FK's zone, Elliott Blanck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Grep came out of the goal and Elliott Blanck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Botsmark's Nils Haström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Alstedt in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elliott Blanck in the 81st minute of play forced Sponken FK's goalkeeper Kjell Grep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Botsmark's Sonny Karlsson got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jim Aronsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Nils Haström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sponken FK's Calle Boklund got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nils Haström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Aronsson in the 92nd minute of play. Jim Aronsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Nils Haström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Botsmark had won after a very even match.
