Sven-Olof Högman in the 3rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oskar Täman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Jerry Täman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Olof Högman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Oskar Täman made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Sven-Olof Högman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 19th minute, Thor Björkqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven-Olof Högman didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 21st minute. Lovate's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After 25 played minutes Lysvik RK got a freekick which was hit by Roy Alfors. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Högman in the 26th minute of play forced Lysvik RK's goalkeeper Oskar Täman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Söder's late challenge caught a Lysvik RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Söder helped the player get up and apologised. Erik Söder kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Roy Alfors came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Lysvik RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roy Alfors couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven-Olof Högman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Franck Rocheteau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Björkqvist in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lovate's Jerry Täman got a free kick in the 54th minute. Roy Alfors blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franck Rocheteau having to make a save. In the 61st match minute, Lysvik RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roy Alfors to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 68 minutes, Sven-Olof Högman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lovate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Olof Högman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Lysvik RK's zone, Sven-Olof Högman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oskar Täman came out of the goal and Sven-Olof Högman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thor Björkqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Franck Rocheteau when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 88 minutes, Arvin Vallmark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lysvik RK and the Lovate players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Sven-Olof Högman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Lysvik RK's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Söder came free, but Oskar Täman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerry Täman kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
