With his leg Simon Palmkvist managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when BK Startklar's Fabian Löfgren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. BK Startklar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Löfgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When %teams%'s Christer Runeberg was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-0 just inside the left pole, 12 minutes into the game. Simon Palmkvist was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. A collision led to BK Startklar getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Christer Runeberg hit a great ball. In the 20th minute Gottfrid Pihlblad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Kleen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, BK Startklar's Henry Algren tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute of the match, Fabian Löfgren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Simon Palmkvist was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 33rd minute, Arne Ahlroht reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Simon Palmkvist. The goal made the score 2-0. Arne Ahlroht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Palmkvist having to interfere. Arne Ahlroht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arne Ahlroht to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Löfgren in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Palmkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabian Löfgren struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Simon Palmkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Startklar. 61 minutes into the match, Uddevalla FK's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Ahlroht came free, but Simon Palmkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Palmkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Löfgren in the 62nd minute of play. Uddevalla FK's Simon Palmkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Ahlroht in the 68th minute of play. Christer Runeberg charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christer Runeberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to BK Startklar getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Christer Runeberg hit a great ball. BK Startklar's Arne Ahlroht got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikael Kleen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gottfrid Pihlblad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Mikael Kleen made a huge save. BK Startklar walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
