When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Mattias Vassenius took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ola Johnsson to make any attempt to save it. 17 minutes into the match, Aleksander Sandberg notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Höljes BK's Edgar Holmgren. Edgar Holmgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Mattias Vassenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thor Axelsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Ola Johnsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lukas Morat's late challenge caught a Höljes BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lukas Morat helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Höljes BK booed when Hammerdal BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lukas Morat didn't get a good kick on the ball. 49 minutes into the match, Hammerdal BF's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Vassenius came free, but Ola Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aleksander Sandberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eric Billberg hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. A collision led to Höljes BK getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Mats Kellbom hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Aleksander Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hammerdal BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksander Sandberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Holmgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mattias Vassenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70th minute Thor Axelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ola Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ola Johnsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thor Axelsson went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Ola Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thor Axelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Thor Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thor Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Hammerdal BF defense, Mattias Vassenius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ola Johnsson. The Hammerdal BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ola Johnsson should have stopped the shot.
